Confrontation Comic

This is a fantastic piece of art from Ignazio “Chromit”. He asked me if I’d put his comics on my site, and I told him I’d be happy to do so! So here it is. The first installment of the Chromit Confrontation Comics.  Click it for the bigger size.

Greetings gang. The good people at The WarStore have provided tremendous prizes for you to win. Here’s how it’s going to work. In the following posts you will find two pictures. One AT-43 related, one Confrontation related. Your task is to create a funny/interesting caption to go with the pictures. The captions will be voted on by me, and the Rackham Entertainment Sentinels, and The Warstore folks (if they’re interested). The winner will be shipped the fabulous swag related to the game in which your caption won.

Here are the RULES! Due to shipping limitations, if you reside Outside the USA, you will need to provide the shipping costs. No exceptions. If you have a problem with this, PLEASE, don’t enter the contest. Also, make SURE you provide your correct, full address when we ask for it. There will not be any reshipping, and any whining will not be listened to. This contest is made possible by the good folks at The WarStore, and is intended to be fun and community building. Please don’t complain about fairness, or have hurt feelings or ruin the chances that we try this again sometime. I am in no way a professional contest runner. I may mess up somethings, be aware of that going into this. The contest will end on December 5th and the judges will make their decision by December 8th.

Here is how you enter: Make a comment on the post containing the picture you’d like to caption. Include your REAL name, what Army you play (so we know what to send you) your email address (in case you win) and your Caption. So it should look like this:

The verdict is in and the Caption contest is over!  There were SO many entries the judging and choosing became almost an impossible task.  It litteraly came down to one vote.  If you didn’t win, then I’m sorry, but thanks for your entries.  I had quite a few laughs at many of these captions.
I have notified the winners and am waiting on their replies before I announce it here, in case I’m forced to select another.  If you have an email in your box from me that says you won, then congratulations, it’s you.  And if you don’t, please don’t be upset.  There were so many entries and so many different senses of humor in the contestants and the judges.  It was literally anyone’s game.  I hope that The Warstore and I have succeeded in helping to promote these great Rackham Entertainment games, and have a little fun in the process.  Things ended up being so smooth, that there is a good chance this will happen again.  Thanks again all who entered.
